The stock market was up big time this past decade! On Dec 31st, 2019 the S&P 500 was up 290%, Amazon was up 1373% & Netflix was up 4139%. Netflix was the best public stock of the decade. We moved from blackberries to iPhones, and iPhones obviously dominated the decade! As far as Selling products(My favorite thing), people started buying online and stopped shopping at physical retail stores! I list all the popular Retail Stores that went BANKRUPT this past Decade! You’d be surprised when you hear the list.. If you’re starting a business do not even think about opening up a physical store! Learn to sell online first! Are you ready for the Automation wave that’s coming? Every person should think ahead to the next decade, and be real with yourself. Can your job be automated away? If no, that’s great! If yes, then plan for it! Possibly be the one to bring in the automation so you’re the expert? Just position yourself where you don’t lose your value, don’t get blindsided by the automation coming in the 2020’s!
